Q: What is your MOQ?

A: MOQ is a full container (1*20'GP), 1 pallet/size, items could be mixed.
This could help we produce them soon, and ship to you soon. Please understand and accept if possible.

Q: I am not familiar with your products quality, can I have samples?

A: Yes, samples free for you.

Q: I want my own packing design, can I?

A: We will make it under your instruction. Head mark available.

Q: How about the payment?

A: T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight.

Q: FOB, CNF and CIF?

A: All OK, we prefer CIF if you permitted.

Q: How about the delivery time?

A: Normally the lead time (producing period) is 4-6 weeks after order confirmed. Order confirmed by deposit received or LC opened from your bank.
Please confirm the delivery time with us on each order.

Q: What is your shipping port?

A: Mainly shipping from Shanghai and Ningbo, sometimes Qingdao and Tianjin.

Q: How can you assure the quality of my order?

A: 3 times inspection, Raw-material test, Mid-production test, before packing test.
You are welcome to the factory for inspecting your orders at anytime, we arrange everything for you.
Quality guarantee period will be last for 3 months after shipping date.
